They not only need to hear your company's direct marketing message, they want to weigh it against unbiased sources as well. If you are one of the leading-edge companies who have benefited from coverage in The CPA Technology Advisor, you have the perfect opportunity to use this 3rd party, national credibility to enhance your marketing message and to increase sales. Many companies take full advantage of the national press they receive by incorporating this national press into their marketing plan--increasing credibility and leveraging competitive edge. What's their competitive edge? Of the hundreds of companies they compete with, they were selected and featured in a nationally credible trade publication. How do they leverage it? By extracting it from the original publication and repackaging it as a reprint.
Since all editorial appearing in The CPA Technology Advisor is copyrighted material, all reprints must be authorized and produced by the magazine's Reprint Services Department. The editorial is extracted from the original publication and is reformatted to create a powerful, stand-alone marketing tool. The final product is printed on quality paper stock using the same off-set printing process that we use for our publications. (Electronic versions, or E-Prints, are also available.) Our Reprint Services Consultant will partner with you to produce a reprint that will meet all of your sales, marketing and public relations goals. All design, layout, edits, paper, printing and copyright permissions will be taken care of turnkey. All that we need is your creative input (changes, edits, additions), any additional text/art files, authorization and approval- we take care of the rest. » Include The Magazine Cover: Since the key impact feature of reprints is 3rd party credibility, we recommend including the entire magazine cover as part of the reprint to help it stand out as a 3rd party piece. » Add Key Print Advertisements: Most companies invest thousands of dollars to get their advertising message right. If a key advertisement works well in print mediums, it will also add impact to a reprint. » Include Contact Information: Reprints often motivate prospective customers to act. Be sure you supply the proper contact information on the reprint so motivated customers can act immediately. » Add Facility, Product & Employee Photos: The original editorial often includes only a fraction of the applicable photos due to space constraints. As it's said, a picture is worth a thousand words consider adding additional photos to your reprint. » Choose Heavy Paper Stock: Non-verbal communication is just as important as the information presented. Our standard paper stock is 70lb. enamel gloss, however you can choose heavier stock to add prestige to the reprint's non-verbal presentation. For 80lb. paper stock add an additional $25 per thousand reprints; for 100lb. paper stock add an additional $40 per thousand reprints. » Ordering The Proper Quantity: Companies often underestimate their initial reprint quantity needs. Since every reprint order and reorder has a fixed, upfront cost element it's best to order more than you estimate you'll use. For initial estimates of 500 or 1000 we recommend you order double that amount. For all larger estimates, we recommend adding 1000-2000. » Order Poster-Sized Blow-Up of Your Reprint Cover: These large format displays create synergy with the reprint. Many companies order blow-ups for their trade show booth, their showroom or for the office. »
Order Electronic Copy For Web/Email: If the reprint makes a statement
in print, it will also be excellent content for your website and email
newsletters. PDF versions are available and they include unlimited electronic
use, however they cannot be used for printing hard copies. |
