Rush Service - Available for an additional 40% of base for 3-day rush; 80% for 2-day rush; and 100% for 1-day rush. |
Shipping is included in the reprint price. Overnight or international shipping will require an additional fee. All Canadian orders will have an additional 7% charge on the total to cover the Goods & Services Tax levied by the Canadian government. |
