MPAY Software offers software, services and partner programs for small business payroll processing. The vendor’s primary focus is on providing full-service outsourced payroll, handling all processing, payment, compliance and HR functions.

The payroll service can handle any number of employees in any U.S. location, with varying pay types and customizable deductions. Business managers simply log in to MPAY’s secure website to submit timesheets, update employee data, new hires and other information. MPAY takes it from there, tracking benefits, managing accruals, and processing paychecks and direct deposits for the business. All federal, state and local reporting is also handled by MPAY, including payment of tax liabilities and third parties. GL import files are then provided back to the client or their accountant.

MPAY also offers PayEntry.com, a totally web-based solution that can be used by payroll service providers to manage their clients’ payroll needs, while also providing online portals for employers and employees.
