2007 Innovation Award Winners Announced

Winners Include BankServ, Intuit, Microsoft, SurePrep, LLC and Thomson Tax & Accounting

With hundreds of practicing public accountants and technology vendors on hand, the 2007 Tax & Accounting Technology Innovation Awards were announced at two of the profession’s most attended events: The California Accounting and Business Show & Conference in Los Angeles on June 4, and the AICPA TECH+ conference in Las Vegas on June 12. The CPA Technology Advisor’s Executive Editor Gregory L. LaFollette, CPA.CITP, announced the winners during special ceremonies at each of the shows, providing the award winners with the opportunity to speak about their innovative products.

Attendees of the 2007 California Accounting & Business Show were able to participate in this special event on June 4, 2007. Free t-shirts were available at the Thomson Tax & Accounting booths, and those who wore the shirts on the tradeshow floor were eligible to win $100 cash.
